Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at South Hall Banquet & Wedding Palace. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of banquets and weddings.
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
