About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and selling our home comfort solutions to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell our home comfort products and services to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and work on our CRM platform to ensure accurate customer information
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the business-to-consumer market, preferably in residential sales
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
