Location: We are a mobile therapy team, serving various locations in Parry Sound and surrounding areas.

Status: We are a contractor-based organization, offering flexible scheduling and a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients.
  2. Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  3. Administer and collect outcome measurement information to track client progress.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care.
  5. Communicate with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
  6. Engage in continuous learning and skills development to stay current in the field.

Requirements:

  1. Be registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  2. Hold a degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  3. Be authorized to practice as a physiotherapist in the province.
  4. Hold a valid Vulnerable Sector screening check within the past 6 months.
  5. Provide proof of Tuberculin clearance.
