Job SummaryThis role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, including cleaning, maintenance, and resident support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the property, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Respond to resident issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with onsite tradespeople to address maintenance and repair needs.
- Enforce rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Host events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents.
- Previous experience in customer service or property management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills using MS Office and Outlook.
