Job Overview:



We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to support our Relationship Managers in the Commercial Banking Division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless execution of transactions.



Responsibilities:




  • Servicing existing and new clients by coordinating efforts with internal partners and directly engaging with clients to address their needs
  • Providing onboarding services, including collecting information from clients and various sources to assess risk profiles and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Resolving service-related matters raised by clients, working closely with Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts
  • Coordinating loan funding and business account openings with clients, Credit Analysts, and internal partners
  • Escalating issues promptly and providing status updates on progress


Requirements:




  • College/University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong commitment to excellent client service and ability to resolve issues amicably and promptly
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple requests from Relationship Managers
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of onboarding, Know Your Customer, and Anti-Money Laundering processes
  • Familiarity with Commercial Banking partners and their roles in servicing clients
