About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Weinspec Home Inspections.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including tasks such as opening and distributing mail, setting up and maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As an Office Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and greeting visitors
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry tasks as required
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure at times.

Compensation:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
