Retail Store Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and manage merchandise at our Canadian Tire Gas+ location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Manage cash and maintain a secure environment.
Personal Suitability:
- Accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
- Client-focused and committed to excellent customer service.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy in managing cash and inventory.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
Work Environment:
- Permanent position.
- 35 hours per week.
- English language required.
