Salary and Compensation

About the Role
This full-time Junior Outside Sales Representative position plays a vital role in promoting our products and services while building lasting relationships with clients and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with healthcare professionals, organizations, and clients in your territory. Provide outstanding customer service and tailored solutions.
• Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including mobility aids and daily living solutions. Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting features and benefits.
• Client Support: Assist clients in accessing funding programs such as the Alberta Aids to Daily Living (AADL) Program. As a trusted adviser, guide clients to the right solutions with expert advice and support. Identify new sales opportunities and meet or exceed targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and funding programs. Work closely with your manager and colleagues to share insights, improve strategies, and foster a supportive team culture. Participate in trade shows, product launches, and events.
