Job Overview:

About the Role:

This role involves providing therapy services in a community setting, working with clients to improve their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a community setting
  • Work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote client independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NHS experience (6 months minimum)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • HCPC Registration
