Your Key Responsibilities




  • Cultivate long-term relationships with our clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients to provide personalized investment advice and guidance
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals by identifying opportunities for synergy between sectors and ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Direct clients to the right service offering, according to their needs and preferences


Your Team



In the Exclusive Remote Advisory Services team, you will be part of a close-knit team of 13 colleagues, with access to a larger network of over 50 colleagues. You will report to Estelle Champagne and work closely with a diverse team of experts.



Our training programs focus on on-the-job learning, providing you with the opportunity to master your role and develop your skills. You will have access to personalized training content, including topics such as banking solutions and the advisory approach. You will also have the opportunity to learn from colleagues with a wide range of expertise and backgrounds.



Requirements




  • Fluent spoken and written English, intermediate French
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an advisory role
  • IIROC registered representative's license
  • Proficiency in investment products


Your Compensation and Benefits



In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, you will be eligible for a wide range of flexible benefits to promote your wellbeing and that of your family.
