Job Summary

EP INDUSTRIES LTD. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our metal products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.
Work Environment

As a Welder Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding conditions. You must be able to sit, stand for extended periods, and have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
