Job Summary:

EP INDUSTRIES LTD. is seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication and Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment.

Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads, have manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Group insurance benefits, permanent employment, and 30 to 40 hours per week.
