About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Guillevin International.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
