Sales Associate

MTC Auto Sales is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, re-ordering stock as needed to ensure optimal product availability.
- Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through our electronic commerce system, providing a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Price Estimates: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
