Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Stringed Instrument Repairer to join our team at Sinoman Music Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing stringed musical instruments and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with stringed musical instruments
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components
  • Test and adjust repaired instruments for proper functioning
  • Calibrate instruments using hand tools
  • Train or arrange for training of other staff members
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Recommend personnel actions
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Prepare reports
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in stringed instrument repair
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Hand-eye co-ordination

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an urban area, with a focus on repair and maintenance of stringed musical instruments. The work environment will be physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
