About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stringed Instrument Repairer to join our team at Sinoman Music Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with stringed musical instruments
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components using hand tools and specialized equipment
  • Test and calibrate instruments to ensure proper functioning
  • Train and supervise staff as needed
  • Manage inventory and requisition materials and supplies
  • Recruit and hire staff, and oversee related staffing actions
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Prepare reports and coordinate activities
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of stringed musical instruments and repair techniques
  • Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability, organization, and a client-focused approach
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-44 hour workweek. The work environment is urban, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site with customers.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a physically demanding environment.
