Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct specimen collection and perform various medical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse in the province of Ontario
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and will be required to work under pressure.
