Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a youth ministry strategy that promotes spiritual growth, community engagement, and discipleship.
  • Lead and manage a team of volunteers to support youth ministry programs and events.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for youth ministry programs, including sermons, lessons, and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with youth, parents, and other stakeholders to promote a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective ministry across all age groups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in youth ministry leadership, with a strong track record of success in developing and implementing effective youth ministry programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with youth, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Theological training or ministry-related education.
  • Practical ministry experience and demonstrated leadership in similar roles.
