Nurse Leader in Senior Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Housing. As a Nurse Leader in Senior Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide team leadership and develop care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents
- Assess unstable residents and execute various nursing interventions, including medication administration and patient transfers
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of person-centered care plans
- Model our ministry values and demonstrate servant leadership by prioritizing the needs of others and maintaining positive relationships with residents, team members, and families
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
- Member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Food Safe Certificate
- Experience as a nurse in a long-term care environment, preferably
