Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
Work Environment

The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
