Job Title: Housekeeper

Aming Li is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our private residence.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Household Chores: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Private residence.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
