Zhang's Family is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to join their team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of their private residence. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including cleaning, laundry, and light housekeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, stock linen closet, distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Kitchen and Bathroom: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Errands: Shop for food and household supplies.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, and reliability.
