Senior Manager of Customer Experience

About the Role
The Director of Contact Operations will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and providing strategic vision for the overall Contact department. This includes leading a team focused on providing excellent customer service, maintaining and building exceptional working relationships with clients, sales, underwriting, and other office personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support the sales group with their enquiries.
- Maintain the annual budget and set goals for the business unit, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Assess staff training needs and provide recommendations for training opportunities to build a competent staff capable of performing all functions within the unit.
- Maintain relationships with insurance providers and the national sales force.
- Develop marketing programs that support the company's needs and help staff with front-line underwriting, marketing, and sales of submissions received.
Requirements
- Level 3 RIBO License
- 10 or more years of commercial insurance experience
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
- Post-secondary school education
- Underwriting experience would be considered an asset
