About the Role
At BrainStation, we're on a mission to empower professionals with the digital skills they need to succeed in today's fast-paced world. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our digital skills training courses, both in-person and online.
Responsibilities
- Advise and inspire professionals to elevate their careers in technology, leveraging our world-class thought leadership and industry expertise.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, organizations, and community leaders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Work closely with our product, learning design, and experience teams to develop and curate bespoke digital learning products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business results and improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about education, technology, and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
