About the Role
BrainStation, a global leader in digital skills training and workforce transformation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a User Experience Educator. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students and helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the digital economy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational content and programs that align with BrainStation's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach and mentor students in a dynamic and project-based learning environment, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other educators and subject matter experts to develop and refine our curriculum, ensuring that it remains relevant and effective in preparing students for success in the digital industry.
- Contribute to the development of new educational programs and initiatives, leveraging your expertise and experience to help shape the future of digital skills training.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital education.
- Work closely with our marketing and recruitment teams to promote our programs and attract top talent to our faculty.
- Contribute to the growth and development of BrainStation's brand and reputation as a leader in digital skills training and workforce transformation.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in a related field, such as user experience design, instructional design, or adult education.
- Proven track record of success in developing and delivering high-quality educational content and programs.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong subject matter expertise in user experience design and digital skills training.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, educators, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform educational decisions.
