Job Overview:
CE Back Office, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Manager to support clients in Europe and the Middle East.

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our global payroll operations. As a Global Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for our global clients. This includes managing relationships with external outsourced payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers. You will also own system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practices. Additionally, you will manage client relationships up to CHRO and HR Director level, calculate commissions and bonuses, and advise on technical payroll requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international payroll laws and regulations. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
