We are looking for a skilled and experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our team at CE Back Office. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
About Our Ideal Candidate
- You will have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and procedures, including ITEPTA, Pension regulations, WTR, and AWR.
- You will also have experience working with payroll systems and software, such as IRIS Payroll Professional.
- You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll inbox and respond to queries.
- Prepare payroll imports and changes.
- Review payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and upload third-party reports.
- Complete annual payroll tasks.
Requirements
- Strong mathematics skills and ability to carry out manual payroll calculations.
- Able to run manual payroll calculations, including tax, NIC, student loans, and pension deductions.
- Able to process payroll from end to end, including year-end procedures.
- Ability to use Excel, including formulas, v-look-ups, and pivot tables.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ideal qualifications include a relevant payroll qualification or experience with IRIS Payroll Professional.
