Key Responsibilities:- Omni-Channel Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals.
- Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, retail, social, and traditional channels to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- Omni-Channel Campaign Management:
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop and maintain performance reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
- Commercial Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to develop integrated commercial plans that maximize conversion opportunities throughout the shopper journey.
- Work with insights to uncover new shopper insights that will unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational capabilities.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations based on program performance.
