About the Role

As a Methods Agent at Bombardier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Your expertise in assembly techniques and technical drawings will be essential in analyzing problems and creating action plans to return production to normal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for technical issues and assist the operation team in resolving them.
  • Coordinate with production teams to identify and resolve stop line issues.
  • Support the production governance team in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Analyze technical drawings to identify potential issues and create documentation for repair components or aircraft.
  • Coordinate aircraft preparation for major repairs and assist in investigations relating to repetitive issues.
Requirements
  • Hold a DEC in aeronautics or aerospace engineering (or related field).
  • Have knowledge of assembly techniques and be comfortable reading technical drawings.
  • Have a sense of organization, time management, and demonstrate autonomy.
  • Be an excellent team player and possess perseverance and judgment.
  • French spoken and written, English an asset.
