Network Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network System Administrator to join our team at 2535830 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our computer networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate access and use of computer networks
- Install software and hardware, including web servers and network equipment
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
- Provide problem-solving services to network users
- Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures
- Perform routine network start-up and close-down and maintain control records
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
- Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet
- Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1-7 months of experience in network administration or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
