Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal functionality and security.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
  • User Support: Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Security and Optimization: Implement network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server performance to ensure data security and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
