Electrical Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Electrical division as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the electrical counter sales and product returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
  • Purchase materials for customers and negotiate sales
  • Sources materials for customers when not in stock
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
  • Counter sales and handling returns as required

Requirements

  • Grade 12 education required
  • Previous experience an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry considered an asset
