About the Role

Nedco, a leading electrical industry distributor, is seeking a highly skilled Counter/Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and providing product knowledge to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Directly interact with customers via phone and counter sales to meet their needs and resolve any issues.
  • Order Processing: Process orders, inquiries, and quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer expert product knowledge to customers and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Inventory Management: Confirm stock availability, suggest alternatives, and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist with picking, receiving, and shipping duties as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of the electrical industry and its products.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AS400.
