Electrical Sales and Service Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Electrical Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service to our customers in the electrical division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Purchase materials for customers and negotiate sales agreements
  • Source materials for customers when currently not in stock
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Handle counter sales and returns as required
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service an asset
  • Knowledge of the electrical industry an asset
