Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our community.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, manage room reservations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of housekeeping and customer service.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
