- Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our community.
- Process group arrivals and departures, manage room reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of housekeeping and customer service.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Team building opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
- Parking available on site.
- Permanent work term with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
