Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service Associate to join the team at Florenceville Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves a range of tasks including registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, resolving complaints, and providing information on hotel facilities and services.
You will also be responsible for processing group arrivals and departures, taking room reservations, and handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
As a customer-focused professional, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and time management.
The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service, and will be fluent in English.
