Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Florenceville Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and register arriving guests, assigning rooms and ensuring they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, always looking for solutions that meet or exceed our guests' expectations.
- Process group arrivals and departures, including taking and changing room reservations, and providing information on hotel facilities and services.
- Calculate charges and receive payments from departing guests, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments, ensuring that all guest requests are met efficiently and effectively.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- A competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
