Job Description

Pet to Nature Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Operational Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Operations: Manage the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs and provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Prepare and analyze reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote our products and services to existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Direct the maintenance and repair of our facilities' equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Operations Budgeting: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in quality assurance or control, sales, and security and safety.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Physically demanding, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and vehicle.
