About the Role:

Pet to Nature Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for direct and controlling the operations of our facilities, identifying customers' needs, and promoting sales to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide excellent customer service to promote sales and retain clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in facilities operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
