Job Title: Ushers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ushers Supervisor to join our team at Desharnais centre du camion Inc.

Job Summary:

The Ushers Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and resolve work problems as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them efficiently
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
