Job Title: Automobile Dealership Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Automobile Dealership Supervisor to join our team at Desharnais centre du camion Inc.

Job Summary:

The Automobile Dealership Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dealership, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role will involve coordinating activities with other work units or departments, supervising staff, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
Work Environment:

The Automobile Dealership Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
