Job Title: Ushers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ushers Supervisor to join our team at 2633-8467 Québec inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair work to ensure our vehicles are in top condition.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to maintain high standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
