We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Consultant to join our team at Diamondpick.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of our digital workplace solutions, working closely with our architects, designers, and integrators. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to drive alignment with our enterprise strategies and master plans.

This is a high-profile position that demands exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital workplace vision and ensuring its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define solution scope and plan architecture activities required to deliver it.
  • Provide direction and lead specialized architects in the delivery of the solution architecture to designers and I&T teams, integrators, for a project, this includes approving decisions made by specialized architects.
  • Drive alignment of the proposed solution with the enterprise and domain strategies, master plans, and roadmaps.
  • Manage risk mitigation and, as required, drive issue escalation and resolution related to the architecture.
  • Sign off on architecture where he does have the architecture delegation authority.
  • Govern the implementation of the architecture during delivery.
  • Lead more than one initiative simultaneously (4-6).
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in leading digital workplace projects and architecting complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and domain strategies, master plans, and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Technical skills in areas such as architecture, design, and integration.
