- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver complex transportation planning projects.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and other external partners, to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation planning, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PEng) certification is required.
