Pak Madina Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Supervise other servers and bussing staff to ensure efficient service
  • Train staff on food and beverage service procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
