Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team at Al & Jan's Fish and Chips. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
