Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at HK United Construction Ltd.
Job Summary:The Construction General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources, including materials, human resources, and finances, to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
The Construction General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will require excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
The Construction General Manager will work 35 to 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent contract, and will be required to work in a construction environment.
The language of work is English.
