Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
