About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Anchor Design & Solution Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and laying down protective materials.
  • Assisting Craftsmen: Provide support to skilled craftsmen, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, by handing them tools and materials.
  • Operating Equipment: Operate various construction equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and hand tools, under the supervision of experienced operators.
  • Maintaining Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in regular safety inspections.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work effectively with other laborers, craftsmen, and supervisors to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, often in physically demanding environments.
