Job Summary

Xtreme Freight System Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Assist in the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
